What we collect through this website
When you ask for a callback we collect your name, your phone number and what you’d like to talk about. On the training form we also ask for your profession.
Why we use it
Only to call you back about your enquiry. We don’t use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or share it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for how long the clinic keeps enquiries, then delete them. If you become a client, your treatment records are kept separately, as the law requires for medical records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Just call or email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
